In the digital world we live in, a striking headshot is essential & can be used on your website, across social media, newsletters and blogs. You only have a few seconds to create an impression online these days, so it's important to make sure it's a good one.  I am an experienced headshot photographer based in Berkshire with a background in marketing offering a professional, natural and relaxed style of photography. 

According to research, you are 11 times more likely to have your Linkedin profile viewed if you have a professional headshot. "Dear Pennie, I desperately need some Linkedin Headshots – Can You Help?!" 

This is an email I recently received from a client starting out in business. The answer is yes – I do a lot of Linkedin Headshots. Not just any old headshot on a plain white background – I spend time working out the best location relevant to my client’s business so that we create a beautiful, natural headshot which really gives the right first impression. 

The client was Ella from Organisation Unlimited and she exists to make her clients lives, both corporate and personal, more manageable by offering a wide range of PA and concierge services. She recognised that in order to look professional – she needed a professional headshot for her website and Linkedin profile. However, Ella’s problem was that one minute, she may be organising an event for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Oxfordshire, then the next minute, dropping items at the Post Office whilst helping busy people manage their domestic arrangements. Ella needed a number of different ‘looks’ depending on who she was dealing with. The solution was to use a location which offered a number of different backdrops which could be complimented by a quick change of wardrobe. The result was a range of images which showed ‘Professional Ella’ to ‘Down to Earth Ella’ to ‘Sassy Ella’ and everything in between. Ella now has a stock of professional headshots that she can use in different circumstances according to her varied audience.
